Hi friends,
As we
journey on this kingdom highway to our eternal abode, we need to remind ourselves
about the infallible Word of God which is sure and true so that our trust in
the Almighty God and obedience to Him can be renewed.
One of these
infallible and ever potent Word is recorded in the book of Acts 13:30 which
says:
But God raised him from the dead:
Verse 37 of the
same chapter further said
But he whom God raised again saw no corruption
The Bible passage above is about the account of our Lord
Jesus Christ who is also our perfect example and how God raised Him up from the
dead such that He saw no corruption.
Fellow Pilgrim and yoke bearer in Christ, I want to announce
to you that the situation you are passing through that seems hopeless as it
were is not beyond the Almighty God. If He made dry bones to come alive again,
He is still in the business of bringing the dead back to life.
If Jesus could bring the stinking corpse of Lazarus back to
life, your impossibility is not an exception to the rule. He can make your impossibility to become possible if only you
would anchor your faith on Him.
This pilgrimage we have embarked on is a journey of faith all
through but so that your faith and mine
could have substance to hold onto, Jesus left us His Word which is forever
settled in heaven.
The Lord of this highway is so mindful of you and me that He
will not allow us to see corruption.
The word corruption means dishonest,
fraudulent, debased or a process whereby an expression is changed from its
original state to an erroneous one.
This should further gladden your heart because after Jehovah
overdo brings your dry bones back to life, makes your impossibility possible or
brings hope to your hopeless situation, He ensures it is not to debased you,
violate His laid down principles or bring shame.
I see your mountains moving. I see your valleys being filled
up. I see your dry bones coming to life to become a great and mighty army. I see
your heavens opening. I see your darkness turning to light. I see your mourning
turning to dancing steps of joy. I see God helping you from heaven above. I see Jehovah giving you beauty in the place
of ashes. Can I hear your loudest hallelujah!
Your friend and
fellow Pilgrim in the kingdom race,
Pastor Janet

Hallelujah, though it's not an easy road but to glory to God the father of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who is an ever present help in times of need. Surely he will see us to the end of the journey and heaven we shall make at last.
