And we Know that................

Hi friends,

As a young girl growing up in Nigeria ,West Africa I had so many wishes that if God had granted them His divine purpose might never have been accomplished in my life.

Let me amuse you by mentioning some of them;-

Why am I a girl and not a boy? Why am I quiet and not loud and noisy like somebody else around me? Why am I as religious as I am and worldly like somebody else? Why am I going through this challenge all alone? Why am I misunderstood even with the best of intentions? Why am I black and not white?  

The list could of the whys was endless until I became born- again and realized that I am just perfect for what God wants me to be. I stopped comparing myself with anybody else no matter how acceptable they might be.

When unpalatable situation, challenges and battles of life come around me, I stopped asking ‘why me?’ because of an understanding I got from my day to day walk with Jesus.

The Bible says in Rom 8:28-30

And we know that all things work together for good to

them that love God, to them who are the called according

to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did

 predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son,

that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also

called: and whom he called, them he also justified:

 and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (KJV)

The good, the bad and the ugly has a good that the Almighty God in His manifold wisdom has embedded in it. The secret to living a life of praise daily is in appreciating the fact that all things are going to walk out for your good.

Beloved friend and yoke bearer, I might not know what you are going through or be able to appreciate what you are going through. You are not me and I can never be you but without mincing words I can confidently and boldly tell you IT IS WORKING OUT FOR YOUR GOOD!

Stay focused on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Don’t let go of that your faith which St.Jude admonished us to earnestly contend for. Don’t wish you are another person because YOU WILL NOT AND CAN NEVER BE!

Don’t ever compare your success or failure with others because it is a show of vanity, folly and lack of wisdom.

Learn to daily appreciate this loving father who is always doing good and giving us the best because ALL THINGS WILL WORK OUT FOR YOUR GOOD!

As you walk daily in faith and by faith with Jesus, Heaven shall be your eternal reward and your life’s journey will end gloriously!
