Hi friends,
Since heaven is our eternal focus, we cannot but remind
ourselves about the need of absolute trust and believe on the Lord God Almighty
if we must arrive home safely.
And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a
performance
of those things which were told her from the Lord.
To believe is to accept that something is true especially without proof.
We can hereby infer that for any man or woman who will dare trust
the Lord of this highway without putting
up the ‘Thomas’ act there is a kind of beautification and divine favour that is
accrued to such pilgrim.
The scripture
above was the encounter of the Virgin Mary with angel Gabriel who brought her
the good news before the conception and birth of baby Jesus.
The word of the Lord is still coming to each and every
pilgrim as we sojourn here on earth but how much of it do you believe? It comes
either as written (logos) or revealed (spoken) daily and regularly but how well
have you taken it to heart?
To help us further appreciate believing God and taking Him by
His word, the Epistle of Brother James said he that doubts is like the wave of the
sea and can receive nothing from the Lord.
The thoughts
of God towards every of His children are of peace to take them to an expected
end, can you choose to believe this infallible words of God which He in His
awesome wisdom has exalted above all of His names?
For history to be made in the life of Sister Mary who became
the mother of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, she got to the point of absolute
and total submission to God’s word when she said be it unto me according to
your word.
If only you would learn to make this same submission to the
Lord and His word daily, He is still ever willing to release His blessings so
as to bring about a performance and a doing in your life.
The word of God is ever true. It is sure and in it lies the power
and the ability to perform that which has spoken concerning it but where is
your believe and faith to bring it to fruition in your life and destiny?
May your believe system, faith and hope in God’s word rise
today and continually rise until we gain eternity. May it earn for you the commendation
good and faithful servant at the gathering of the saints in Jesus name, amen.
Keep believing
against every unbelief until we meet at the gates of golden city in the Jerusalem.
