Help of the Helpless

Hi friends,

With less than three days to a very brand new year I feel obliged to strengthen your weary heart so that you do not fall prey cheaply to the lies of the wicked by thinking you are helpless on this Kingdom Highway.

There is this popular saying that “There is no great man of God anywhere but there only those who have been helped by God”.

It does not really matter where you are now and what you are going through or have been through. The outgoing year might have been turbulent, expectations might not have been met and hopes shattered as it were.

The most important thing is that there is help for you in the Lord God Almighty!

It is possible that the more you pray, the more it seemed your situation is looking hopeless and the reality of your helplessness seem to stare you hard in the face per time.

Dear Reader, I will want us to take a closer look at the scriptures together so that we can discover the abundant provision that Jesus has made for us by His word. 

In Jeremiah 33:25-26, The Omnipotent and omniscience God sent this word to you dear weary soul so that you can find the needed help for your darling soul.

Thus saith the Lord; If my covenant be not with day and night,

and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant,

so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed 

of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity

 to return, and have mercy on them.   (KJV)

Beloved, you are the spiritual seed of Jacob and David that is being referred to here. The Lord as much as no one can break His covenant with the sun and moon no one can break His covenant to help you. 

He even promised that you will not only be helped but that you will and He himself will turn your captivity around. Is that not amazing?

Your night might seem so dark and your series of woes endless. Friends and loved might have concluded your case impossible but I want to assure you that there is succor for you in Christ Jesus.

The sure mercies of David will avail for you when nothing else can. Your unending battles are surely coming to pass as the covenant of day and night remains.

The help of the helpless is stretching forth His hand of help if only you will look up.

Friend, I can hear your shout of Victory in the ear of my Spirit. You shall soon celebrate and be celebrated.
