The following poem is culled from my book titled Capsules for your Wholeness pg 14
Battles are fought with combatants encamping against each other;
with chariots and with horses;
with highly developed skills;
but not the christian race.
The christian race is a different battle;
With a man encamping against the host of hell;
The battle ground is a desert called WORLD
What an electrifying race!
It is a battle with no armament or skill required;
Neither chariot nor horses needed;
With invisible and visible enemies alike;
Oh, the Christian Race!
How can a man fight a thousand
Why can he not use physical weapons
How can he fight the visible and invisible alike
Why must his whole being be out in this wonderful race!
he fights the devil's kingdom
He fights only because he is a battle - axe
He needs no armament or skill because it is a warfare
Jesus is all he needs for this remarkable!
It's a victorious race
With a reward of life eternal and defeat for the foe
Immanuel fought and made a mince meat of the foe;
His totality makes the absolute difference in this wonderful race!
